Okay, so I binged… AGAIN! Fuck me. Anyway, back on it from today since its 3 months exactly till my IBIZA holiday! But, I’m making a few changes since this bingeing is creeping in too often, 1.far more water 2. More exercise 3.smaller portions, more snacks (apple, fruit, yogurt ext.) so for the next 3 months there will be no binges, no treats, just pure commitment and dedication since I need to go hard for Ibiza, let’s do this shit. I’m ready. Come at me brah
